79. Compliance with Other Laws

80. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be resolved through arbitration, which shall be conducted in California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

You and Lexani Tires agree that any proceedings to resolve or litigate any dispute, whether through a court of law or arbitration, shall be solely conducted on an individual basis. You agree that you will not seek to have any dispute heard as a class action, representative action, collective action, or private attorney general action.

83. No Third-Party Beneficiaries

This Privacy Policy is for the benefit of, and will be enforceable by, the parties only. This Privacy Policy is not intended to confer any right or benefit on any third party and no action may be commenced or prosecuted against a party by any third party claiming as a third-party beneficiary of this Privacy Policy or any of the transactions contemplated by this Privacy Policy.

84. Children's Privacy

Our Website is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
